Information:
- After you message me for commission, you must provide me with as much information as possible about what you want, references are also welcome (photos you send will be deleted once the order is completed). It is possible to get a quote on demand. I'll make a sketch and send it to you for verification. You are free to let me know what needs to be changed or corrected.
Once everything is confirmed, you can proceed to payment using the Paypal link that I will provide.
I will then let you know when I am done coloring and finalizing the order. I will send the order via DM and email/discord.
- I will always let you know each time I start working on your order, so you know I will be back in touch with you soon for sketch verification.
- If you have a specific deadline for the order, let me know before I start working on it.
- It would be best to get a response from you upon receipt of the final work, so that I can know whether you received it or not.
- Can use commissions as profile pictures or banners, no problem. Using it to create content is also allowed with proper credit (credit either my Instagram/discord/twitter).
- It is possible to make Prints of your order, you can tell me about it and I will offer you dimensions and give you a price, then ship it to you. [optional]
Regulation :
- No tracing over a commission.
- No modifying or putting filters on a commission.
- No using the commission for selling purposes
- No removing the watermark.
- No publishing it on any social media/internet platform without giving proper credit ("@a.kira.haru on instagram" or "akiraharu#2121 on discord")
- Payment is after confirming sketch samples.
- After confirming the sketch sample , you have 24 hours to transfer the payment.
- Once i let you know i start working on your commission, if you change your mind, there is a 5euro canceling fees for the sketch that has been started.
- If i don't get news from you mid process for at least 5 days, i will automatically cancel the commission.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the verification sketch as content, as it is solely intended as a preview for client approval.
